Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Portugal: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
